SXS A/C repair at a glance
A cab side-by-side with dead A/C is miserable in a Florida summer. A/C on a machine lives a hard life: vibration over limerock, mud packed into the condenser, pressure washing and a small charging system feeding a big load. We find what actually failed, whether it is a leak, a compressor, a clogged condenser, a blower or the wiring, and fix that instead of just topping it off.
That includes Northstar models like the Ranger XP 1000 Northstar and Ranger Crew Northstar. If your machine has a cab and A/C, factory or aftermarket, we work on it.
A/C diagnosis
Pressures, temperatures, clutch engagement and electrical checked, so the repair fixes the actual fault.
Refrigerant and leak checks
Leaks found and repaired before the system is recharged, so it stays cold.
Compressors and clutches
Seized, noisy or slipping compressors and clutches replaced and tested.
Condensers, hoses and fittings
Mud-packed or damaged condensers, cracked hoses and leaking fittings cleaned or replaced.
Blower fans and controls
Weak airflow, dead fans and switches or controls that quit, traced and fixed.
Wiring and charging load
A/C is a big electrical load. We check charging output and wiring so the system does not drain the battery.
